Troubleshoot internet connectivity
The Lunar System can be connected through your home Wifi network, a direct ethernet connection, or the system's inbuilt cellular network.
If you lose connectivity to your Lunar System, start by checking your home internet connection. Confirm whether other devices in your home are experiencing similar issues. If they are, the problem is likely with your home network. If your home connection is working properly, then the cause of the issue might be different, and you should contact your installation partner for assistance. In your Lunar App, navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab and scroll down to the ‘Support’ section. Here, you’ll find the name of your installer and their direct contact information.
If you have updated your Wifi password, please reach out to your installer for assistance reconnecting your Lunar System with your home network.
If your Lunar System is not connected to the internet, it can still operate, but you won't be able to monitor it through the Lunar App.
The warranty for Lunar products depends on a reliable internet connection, which allows the system to receive regular over-the-air firmware updates. Warranty terms may be reduced if a Lunar product is disconnected from the internet for an extended period.
